Hideout in the Swamp

D-Day, the Allied invasion of Europe, raises anew the hopes of millions in German-occupied territory. But it also raises to unprecedented heights the atrocities of German terrorists and the treachery of their fawning servants. To escape impending doom, thousands seek refuge. With ingenuity born of desperation and hope, some hastily erect a shelter in the middle of a swampy peat bog, protected only by fog, water, secrecy and prayer. . .
